**blink, blink... look at clock... 1:05 AM**

"What do you need buddy?"

"Would you tell daddy that he forgot to get me water?"

"Ok, Zack. Go back to sleep now...."

"But I'm thirsty! I want my water!"

"Did you promise him water?"

"Yes..."

"Are you getting out of bed or am I?"

He throws off the covers in a huff....

"I just want to go back to sleep!!"

"Well, I didn't promise him water...."

Note to self, do not promise something to a four year old and not follow through. He will remind you... even at 1:05 AM.
